Please remember these are your meetings and are open to all Caliente owners in good standing.
Thursday prior to each board meeting the board of directors will plan the agenda for that Tuesday’s meeting. All agenda items must be submitted to a board member, Park Manager, or the Front Office not later than noon the Wednesday before each board meeting. The planning meetings are open to owners in good standing to discuss an agenda item that was submitted to be put on the agenda for the board meeting. This is not a free for all. If you have submitted something you may attend in case the board has questions about your submission or the board needs more clarification. Otherwise you are welcome to come and listen only. The regular board meetings are the time to speak to issues not on the agenda.
