Arizona BYOB limits are 40oz of beer, 750ml of wine, or 4oz of spirits per person, and alcohol consumption in our buildings cannot begin until after 4 PM.

If you’re handling food or drinks, please ensure you have a current Arizona Food Handler’s License.

When handling food or beverages at any Caliente Casa de Sol event or activity, the following safety and hygiene requirements must be followed:
- Footwear: Closed-toe shoes are required at all times.
- Clothing: A shirt with sleeves must be worn.
- Hair: Long hair must be tied back or otherwise secured to prevent contact with food or drink.
These requirements are in place to maintain safety and sanitation standards for all participants.
Just a couple of reminders:
Many of you will have Food Handler licenses expiring before next season. You may want to renew your license before the start of the upcoming season.
If you are unsure of your Food Handler license expiration date, please ask at the Clubhouse.
Please also note the following office closures:
Monday, March 23: The front office will be closed until after the Monday Morning Meeting, approximately 10:30 a.m.
Tuesday, March 24: The front office will be closed in the morning and will reopen after the Volunteer Lunch, approximately 1:00 p.m.
