The reserve study is provided in 2 parts as the files are quite large. The part 1 has a 3 minute Executive Summary which is 5 page long overview. Then the Full Study follows that, to page 40 of the 1st part. The rest of the 1st part and part 2 shows photos of our assets that the study evaluates.
The company that did the study has a Learning Center with Frequently Asked Questions section, a Library with many articles and a page with Recorded Reserve Study Webinars on Demand to help you understand what and why this was done.
