Caliente Casa de Sol serves the social, physical and fitness needs of the 55+ community.   Caliente is a HOA where you own the property.  It has a park manager, maintenance personal, and a board of directors.

The annual assessments are $520 per year.  The majority of the 857 lots have park model type homes,  some are for rent by their owners.  The rest of the park is comprised of lots that house RV’s, motor homes and 5th wheel trailers. Some of these lots and Park Models are also available, from their owners, on a rental basis.

Caliente Casa de Sol is comprised of some 857 properties that are owned on an individual basis.  

The park is operated under the direction of a board composed of seven property owners.  

Caliente is centrally located between Phoenix and Tucson and offers a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

For your RV recreational needs there are several championship golf courses located within a 50 mile radius of the park.
